Are your products organic?
When selecting the brands and products that we work with, we have done our best to make sure that they are made from organically grown and sourced ingredients.

Are your products cruelty free?
Yes. We have specifically sourced brands who uphold the same values that we do. This means that all of the brands that we use in our bundles are bunny certified cruelty free.
Are your Products vegan?
Some but not all. We have done our best to source products with vegan ingredients where possible. However please note that some items may contain such ingredients as beeswax etc.

How long will my order take to get to me?
All of our orders are shipped with Australia Post and so will be estimated according to their time estimates, depending on your location.
Time estimates are from the date of despatch NOT the date of purchase.
Since we are only two chicks and mini, sometimes delays can happen. However we do our best to get orders picked and despatched within 24-48 hours of purchase. (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Do you ship internationally?
No.We are just starting out and so for the time being we will only ship within Australia.
Do you ship express?
Yes we do! We offer express shipping for all of our bundles.

Do I get tracking?
Yes. Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with you order and the Australia Post tracking details.
Am I able to get a refund?
At Love Bean we do not issue any refunds. Please be aware that all purchases are final and should there be any issue with the products on reception, we will only offer a replacement products if your case is accepted.
